This role would be supporting TotallyMoney which is a free personal finance app that gives people the plans, products and help they need to unlock a life of more choices. It’s all about creating a fairer financial world where people who’ve been left behind can make their financial data work for them. Put simply, we help them move closer towards their financial goals.

What you'll do:

As part of the Engineering Team, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivery of new products, features on the web and app
• Maintaining and improving our existing products
• Aiding your squad deliver meaningful outcomes for customers
• Here’s what a normal day in the job might look like:
• Taking a requirement and building context around it
• Exploring an idea with your Product Manager or UX colleague
• Refactoring code
• Fixing an issue and pushing it to production
• Succeeding in your first few months includes:
• Gaining expertise on your domain

• We use these languages/frameworks at TotallyMoney:
• TypeScript and JavaScript
• React and ReactNative
• Node
• NextJs (optional)

You’ll fit in well if you’re the type of person who:

• Eager to experiment and try new technologies and techniques
• You're someone who takes ownership and who tries to learn as much as possible
• Willingness to take new responsibilities
• Capable of working with minimal guidance to flesh out product requirements and communicate deliverables with stakeholders
• Has alignment with our company values and engineering principles
• Has 3 or more years of experiences as a Front-End engineer
• Proven experience developing new features and products
