This is a new position for an energetic, passionate and analytical CRM Manager to join our team.

You will help build and execute the existing CRM strategy for personal lending/ancillary products, as well as the chance to work on exciting new products in the near future.

You are passionate about CRM, love thinking big and have a solid focus and understanding of using data to drive campaign strategy. You are also deeply passionate about delivering the highest quality results. You are naturally customer centric and thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires strong technical, business and communication skills. You will need to exhibit an excellent ability to prioritise, manage, develop and work proactively.

The successful candidate will grow and lead the organisation through change, evolution, and sustained growth. You will work alongside a world-class data driven team focused on delivering agreed targets.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the CRM comms/strategy for personal lending & ancillary across all channels, collaborating with the wider CRM team and design, data, growth, and development teams to help maximise customer acquisition by creating engaging and targeted CRM campaigns. You must be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of data-driven CRM strategies and a willingness to learn.

You will be reporting to the Head of CRM of our broking team.

Job requirements

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop new CRM campaigns and customer journeys as well as managing existing campaigns
  • Drive and implement customer-centric, engaging and personalised strategies using email, SMS and push notifications
  • Help drive campaign performance and optimisation through testing and post-campaign analysis
  • Help grow the CRM database
  • Understand our audience and use data to build targeted campaigns
  • Identify and define new customer segments to target and provide insights/suggestions on enhancing data use
  • Produce and record documentation required for product governance

Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • Hands-on experience using data-driven CRM Platforms
  • 3-4 years minimum in a CRM role (either agency or in-house)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of email marketing and best practice
  • Multi-channel experience including in-app messaging and push notifications
  • A digital and analytical understanding and mindset
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience with data segmentation
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Experience developing and maintaining structured monitoring processes
  • A willingness to learn
