We are currently recruiting for a Case Manager Administrator within our secured loans and mortgage team. This role is based at our Manchester (UK) office at Think Park.
The role will be to assist the processing team with mortgage and secured loan applications whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy during any data entry tasks.
Job requirements
Role and Responsibilities
- Opening, logging and distributing the post accordingly.
- Photocopying / Scanning documents.
- Instruct valuations.
- Data entry using MS Excel for new and completed applications and gathering MI when required.
- Responsible for contacting any relevant third party organisatiosns (mortgage lender / surveyor / solicitor) to follow up or discuss any outstanding documentation required.
- Communicate with Case Managers and Team Leaders following updates from third parties.
