We are currently recruiting for an Administrator within our secured loans and mortgage team.

Experience in the Financial Services industry is not essential as training will be provided. 

This role involves a mix of working from home and working from our Manchester office at Think Park (M17).

Training will also be conducted on site for the first week in the role so the successful candidate would need to live in a commutable distance.
Role Purpose:

As Administrator you will assist the sales and processing teams, ensuring a high level of accuracy during any data entry tasks.


Job requirements

Role and Responsibilities

  • Using out lender online systems for mortgage and secured loan applications, you will obtain the decision in principle outcomes
  • Compile mortgage and secured loan packs before issuing to customers
  • Send application packs to customers via our Ocean Finance App, email or post
  • Maintain customer contact via Ocean Finance App until customers return application pack
  • Telephony work to follow up application packs sent and answer any questions about the paperwork received by the customer
  • Running and validating customer credit reports
  • Updating spreadsheets with new business received
